      • Typically includes 1-2 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, 1 living area, and a single garage.
      • We ensure your plans are accurate, compliant, and ready for approval.
    ✔ Project timeline:
      • 14-18 working days to submission.
    ✔ *Fixed Fee:
      • R 18,500 (Excl. VAT)
    ✔ Medium Home (151m² – 300m²)

      • Typically includes 2-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, 1-2 living areas, and up to 2 garages.
      • Our expert team will ensure your plans meet all municipal regulations.
    ✔ Project timeline:
      • 18-25 working days to submission.
    ✔ *Fixed Fee:
      • R 25,500 (Excl. VAT)
    ✔ Large Home (301m² – 450m²)

      • Typically features 3-5 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, 2-3 living areas, and 2-3 garages, including staff quarters.
      • We provide expert guidance to ensure your plans are fully compliant.
    ✔ Project timeline:
      • 25-30 working days to submission.
    ✔ *Fixed Fee:
      • R 29,500 (Excl. VAT)
    ✔ Extra-Large Home (451m² and above)
      • Typically includes 4-6 bedrooms, 4-8 bathrooms, 3-6 living areas, and 4-6 garages, complete with staff quarters.
      • We provide expert guidance to ensure your home’s design and documentation comply with regulations.
    ✔ Project timeline:
      • 30-35 working days to submission.
    ✔ *Fixed Fee:
      • From R 32,500 (Excl. VAT)
    ✔ Additional Fees
      • For properties exceeding 600m², an additional fee of R25/m² (Excl. VAT) will apply.
